Oracle HRMS & Payroll Functional Consultant for Qatar

Job Description and Requirements

 

VINIRMA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a 360° Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India.

 

VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Oracle HRMS & Payroll Functional Consultant for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company in Qatar with the following skillset and terms and conditions.

 

Job Specific Skills: 

 

The Functional Resource should have Functional and Domain capabilities in Oracle Application in R12 version and in domain industry with following skills but not limited to, 

  • Business Requirement Gathering

  • Business Process Mapping & Gap Analysis

  • Performing Application Configuration in all required instances

  • Business Process Testing

  • Prepare CRP Test cases and demonstration

  • Prepare Test case for UAT and assistance

  • Prepare plan for Production Cutover and assisting in Go Live

  • Performing Production Support activities in Application enhancement, assisting users in fixing the issues, Issue resolution

  • Prepare and provide required assistance in master data templates, Data migration validation

  • Prepare and assist in required functional activities in Oracle integration with other non‐oracle application

  • Providing complete support and coordinating with DBA and Technical Resource(s) to process or complete any required activities in Oracle EBusiness Application

  • Providing and helping  the ERP  team in performing  required activities  that is  required in Oracle EBusiness Application

  • The  Functional  Consultant  (Resource)    should  be  well  experienced  in  Oracle  AIM implementation, preparing and publishing the deliverables

  • The consultant should able to provide production support in resolving or assisting business issues or in application enhancement

 

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience with 3+ years in Oracle Ebusiness Application R12 HCM suite  but  not  limited  to  – Oracle  Core  HRMS, Oracle  Payroll, Oracle  Performance Management,  Oracle Learning Management and Oracle SSHRMS 

 

Minimum  Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science / Commerce / others
