Job Description

  • Live for creative challenges, brainstorm potential concepts independently and with colleagues, and then execute those concepts utilizing their fresh perspective around multiple marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Identify/design/produce extras that bring a campaign to life and communicate in a more interesting, powerful way.

  • Work with the Marketing team to formulate and execute the production of specific creative concepts around the company’s brands and seasonal promotions.

  • Contribute to the inspiration within design staff to realize outstanding and innovative designs geared toward the target market, challenging their skill sets as necessary.

  • Stay on top of graphics and design trends and innovations, drive adoption of appropriate new ideas into the company.

  • Must work effectively with senior management, functional leaders within the company, and key customers and vendors.

  • Maintain ongoing familiarity with the product line.

  • Enjoy supporting multiple projects, partnering with diverse internal and client teams, and working on both quick-turnaround and longer-term projects.

  • Maintain the Creative Services Website and image archive.

Skills

  • Three (3) or more years of professional progressively responsible experience in the design/marketing field.

  • Ability to create superior, original designs, strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of brand standards.

  • Strong conceptual skills.

  • Solid understanding of client deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them.
    Strong package design skills.

  • Leadership skills in art direction.

  • Experience with Products photography.
