Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Description and Requirements

A senior professional with experience in strategic technology planning, and account management initiatives. We a require an implementation consultant that provides high quality services to our clients analysing business requirements and configuring our business solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities

  • Installation and implementation of entire product suite in diverse infrastructure environments configurations. These services are provided onsite as well as through remote system control applications
  • Perform user acceptance testing to ensure compliance with set standards.
  • Conduct site client visits and provided post-implementation application support, performance tuning.
  • Analyze user’s business requirements identified technical solutions, scheduled changes, and approved implementation of changes to produce functional specifications for the project.Delivered customized presentations on company’s products/services, attended to client queries.
  • Testing system implementation during various stages of development and providing feedback to QA and Development teams.


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Computer Scienece / Management Information Systems
Experience : Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
