Customer Service Officer - Customer Service & Marketing Communications - Kuwait

Job Description and Requirements

Customer Service currently operates in ten countries across the Middle East and North Africa and works closely with colleagues in Russia, Turkey and Central Eastern Europe to help build consistent customer service standards and experience across Alshaya. The Customer Service Team ensure great customer service is at the heart of Alshaya's business, the team captures and analyses customer feedback and experiences through a number of initiatives and run support, incentive and training activities to consistently improve the customer experience and ensure a fast and first class service recovery when needed. In addition the Team manages a number of internal programs to identify and recognize individuals who have demonstrated excellence in customer service. 

 

The Role:

The role of a Customer Service Officer is primarily focused on providing high quality customer assistance. The officer will respond to various inquiries through sourcing, scheduling, deploying and debriefing. You will also assist Area Managers with the daily operations of the division and bring about new initiatives while acting as an ambassador for the department and the company; role modelling excellent customer care at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:

• Excellent customer care skills with a passion for delighting customers

• Good communication skills in English are a must (Arabic is a plus)

• Innovative, with the ability to produce new ideas which drive success

• Excellent data mining abilities and attention to detail

• Computer skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
