Multichannel Marketing Manager - Customer and Marketing Communications

Job Description and Requirements

The CRM & Digital marketing team is a support function within the CMC Division which works with our 90+ brands to help them achieve their commercial objectives. They do this through defining, executing and evaluating customer acquisition and CRM plans and tactics across a range of digital channels.   

Within CRM&D, the Business Partner Marketing Manager serves as a single point of contact for a portfolio of brands on customer acquisition, digital and loyalty campaigns as well as various ad hoc projects. The Manager works closely with other teams within CRMD & the broader CMC such as campaign execution, on and off-line media buying, insights, loyalty, digital product etc. to serve brands and deliver quality campaigns. The Manager will build strong relations with brand marketing teams and stakeholders to define relevant marketing campaigns ensuring clear deliverables, performance measurement and evaluation. The Manager will also assist in the up-skilling of brand teams across the business and ensure the business is kept up to date on new digital and loyalty developments. The manager is responsible for managing, motivating and retaining a team of 3 members by creating a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement to constantly improve the service offered to brands.  


Key Performance Areas: 

  • Support defined Divisions with campaign definition, planning and execution across omni channels (e.g. define audiences and targeting opportunities, support content creation etc.) 
  • Creating a high-performance culture, focused on delivering excellent internal customer service. 
  • Building close and effective relationships with brands and other support functions. 
  • Advise and support brands across Alshaya on digital & CRM strategy and best practice 
  • Identify CRM & digital opportunities and make recommendations for brands 
  • Align CRM & digital activities with brand marketing plans 
  • Educate and upskill brand marketing teams.
