Job Description and Requirements

As Product Registration & Compliance Manager, you will be requires to undertake all general activities for collection, submission of applications and approvals with the Ministry and appropriate Government bodies in matters relating to the setup of product license and registration.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Preparing required documentation for registration & compliance of products in line with ministerial requirements

• Providing complete documentation, including translation of product description from English to Arabic

• Liaising with the home and regional brand teams to obtain the relevant documents (where needed)

• Filing necessary applications and handling all government interactions pertaining to the regulation & compliance process of products requiring governmental approval

• Providing a point of contact for store/ministry queries regarding product registration and compliance issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have:

• Bachelors' degree in Pharmacy

• 3 years in field or Cosmetics, Medical Devices, Food, Food Supplements, Medicines, etc.

• Base line regulatory & product compliance experience

• Licensed Pharmacist

• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must. Arabic is a plus.
