Job Description and Requirements

The role of a Customer Service Officer is primarily focused on providing high quality customer assistance. The officer will respond to various inquiries through sourcing, scheduling, deploying and debriefing. You will also assist Area Managers with the daily operations of the division and bring about new initiatives while acting as an ambassador for the department and the company; role modelling excellent customer care at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:

• Excellent customer care skills with a passion for delighting customers

• Good communication skills in English are a must (Arabic is a plus)

• Innovative, with the ability to produce new ideas which drive success

• Excellent data mining abilities and attention to detail

• Computer skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
