Job Description and Requirements

As the Department Manager you will train, lead and develop a department team to maximize sales and reduce stock loss through actively working on the shop floor, demonstrating and driving excellent customer service. You will ensure that all sales associates are highly motivated and developed and you will also deputies for the Store and Assistant Store Manager during periods of absence.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

You will have/be:

·  At least 3 years' retail experience.

·  Delegation, management, negotiation, communication and interviewing skills.

·  Commercially aware and business orientated.

·  Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word etc.

·  Excellent English communication skills
