Operations Manager - Central Operations

Job Description and Requirements

Our Regional Operations team ensure that all stores within the region comply with company policies, procedures and ministerial regulations. Operations Managers within this field lead a team of Area Managers to ensure store compliance and high operational standards are maintained. You will use your relationship building, communication and leadership skills to ensure that KPIs for Audit and Customer Service are met and will continually look for ways to improve results in key malls in your region.

This role provides a varied remit and the opportunity to work in partnership with various business units such as Loss Prevention, Brand teams, Central Marketing and Government Relations. Your excellent project management skills will be essential in planning and organising a varied workload and with excellent problem solving skills you will be able to respond quickly and effectively to any challenges that arise.
