Job Description and Requirements

The Ideal candidate should posess,

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to operate in fast-moving, fluid and challenging environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to develop original and creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Maintains and builds own momentum, delivers under pressure with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Collaborative, flexible approach to problem-solving and change
  • Experience in an operational services environment
  • Experience in data gathering and customer insights is preferable
  • Experience of change, either as recipient of change or implementing change
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel etc
  • Understanding of what excellent marketing and prequalification involves
