EDRMS / Laserfiche Specialist for Qatar

VINIRMA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a 360° Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India.

 

VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for EDRMS / Laserfiche Specialist for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company in Qatar with the following and terms and conditions.

 

Experience Required: 

 

  • Should have 8‐10 years of experience in IT with minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.

  • Experience working in a large organization. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: able to communicate effectively, accurately and consistently at all levels (accounting, engineering and project management personnel).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build appropriate, constructive and effective relationships throughout the organization.

  • Customer focused, meeting internal customer needs and building proactive customer relationships whilst retaining finance functional independence and ability to raise issues and challenge costs.

  • Excellent experience in consultancy roles with EDRMS programs, ideally in public sector organisations.

  • Experience of at least two mainstream Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms.

  • Two years’ experience in Laserfiche development and administration.

  • Experience of document and records management in a legal context.

  • Experience of designing business classification schemes.

  • Experience of designing the business rules around automating the capture of content into an EDRM solution.

  • Experience designing and implementing ECM solution architectures and solution designs.

  • Experience designing and establishing ECM Governance. 

  • Experience of document migration, tooling and in particular of documents requiring preservation of legal evidence status. 

  • Experience designing and facilitating User Adoption of at least one new business critical ECM Solution.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Responsible for project managing, leading and driving the delivery of the Electronic Document.

  • Records Management programme across the committee.

  • Ensure integrity and security of EDRMS system.

  • Train staff on EDRMS usability.

  • Provide support to Document Controllers in managing document lifecycle.

  • Ensure document archiving compliance with local regulations.

  • Manage document retention schedules.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job.

  • Provide overall production, design, utility and development of the organization ECM solution.

  • Manage the creation and acquisition of content in accordance with the schedule.

  • Correspond with users and department heads in order to gather information.

  • Contribute to the selection or design of appropriate content management software. 

  • Ensure that information is well organized, easily accessible and up‐to‐date.

  • Actively promote and facilitate usage of the EDRMS, and track this by agreed metrics.

  • Assist in the induction of new EDRMS user and manage user accounts.

  • Support the analytics team as required.

  • Deliver against annual objectives and KPIs.

  • Closely work with colleagues to implement new requirements.

  • Manage costs within agreed budgets. 

  • Respond to user enquiries comments and suggestions.

  • Administer problems/complains and subject access requests.

  • Conduct on‐going audience research.

  • Compile and analyse EDRMS usage statistics.

  • Obtain and analyse user feedback.

  • Recognise, document and promote best practice in EDRMS usage.

 

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science / Commerce / others,
