Job Overview

 

  • Taking responsible actions towards running the operation in the store.
  • Supervising the operation of each station.
  • Setting rules and procedures for cleanness and hygiene in the store.
  • Tracking team member’s performance, correct faults and mistakes if any targeting the enchantment of other colleagues’ abilities to always do a better job.
  • Make the Company a very enjoyable place for team members and for guests as well.

Responsibilities

 

  • Teach team members to stick to perform their duties as per Operations Manual(s)
  • Emphasize the fundamentality of the Company’s Business Models.
  • Make team members enjoy working and transfer their joy to the guests.
  • Make sure that team members are following self-hygiene, cleanness and neatness standards.
  • Execute plans in order to increase sales and lead team members to do so.
  • Set schedule for maintenance and preventive maintenance for all machines and equipments.
  • Continuously upgrade the level of knowledge and experience of the store team members.
  • Educate team members to communicate coffee culture among them and with guests.
  • Monitor costs and wastage.
  • Manage staff and the daily operations as per directions of his managers.
  • Supervise the stock of raw materials and disposal items.
  • Solve any conflict within the store.
  • Lead the process of training new team members and monitor their improvement.
  • Extend assistance and initiative to work and maintain the store to standards as required by your responsibility as a supervisor, for smoother workflow in daily operations.
  • Monitor customers’ actions, demands, gestures and how we should react properly to these situations.
  • To maintain the confidence to professionally approach and communicate with guests to meet their needs.
  • Skills in problem solving ability is strong to resolve conflicts arising with other team members.
  • Maintain professional communications with other store, operations, finance, services and maintenance team members.
  • Answering and teach team members how to receive telephone calls as per the Company’s standards.
  • Communicate with team members and help solve the store issues and responsibilities that you doubt can affect operations before taking any action for these issues and tasks.
  • To create professional relationships with all team members while communicating the must for mutual respect to the hierarchal structure in the store.
  • Practice the professional way of communicating with team members and guests.
  • Displays guest oriented attitude by professionally communicating and delivering quality service towards guest satisfaction, from the start of a good relationship with guests leading to another beginning.
  • Encourage team members to take the necessary steps to become a Supervisor by being and active learner and executor of tasks.
  • Maintain giving positive feedback to team members doing a good job and give corrective action to team members that has done wrong practices.
  • To make sure the situation of maintaining cleanliness are executed on a weekly basis through general cleaning schedules that are implemented.
  • Help store management come up with programs for higher sales. Monitor, contribute and coach other team members to increase sales by practicing expertise on up selling and link selling with guests and increase profitability.
  • Assist in the recruitment by choosing the most qualified applicants that meet our requirements and needs.
  • Conduct orientations, train, coach, and manage Primary Store Management and all team members in execution of daily tasks.
  • Helps in supervision, staffing and scheduling of the store workforce with particular emphasis with payroll budgets without compromising the store needs.
  • Practices reviewing operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
  • Practices monitoring the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, returns, and charge-backs to headquarters to maintain the accuracy of the inventory and PNL of the store.
  • Coordinate communication between other stores within the area for any assistance or requests upon demands.
  • Oversee compliance of all team members with established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping policies and procedures.
  • Help solve problems that affect the store’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety codes and local ordinances/law
  • Makes sure the store is always secure upon opening and closing.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion alone, and in conjunction with, the Store Manager, Primary Store
  • Management, and any other Assistant Store Manager, in the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Make sure to get all the sales incentives by working towards aggressively selling all products in the store.
  • Encourage and recommend at least one friend that fits the qualification based on ideal requirements to join our team.
  • Accept other tasks as assigned from time to time by higher management.

 

Key Skills

 

  • Fluent in both oral and written English.
  • Good knowledge of computer software and hardware
  • Analytical skills and decisions making abilities

 

Essential Requirements

 

  • College level preferably in Hospitality
  • At least 2 – 5 years experience in a Supervisory position within a retail business of fast food chains
  • Open to male Western nationals based anywhere now
