Student Services Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new students for the Office of Enrollment Management, as well as providing admissions/registration support to the Dean of Enrollment Management during the summer months. The Student Services Coordinator supports student onboarding efforts housed in the Office of Enrollment Management and assists the Department of Admissions with student recruitment in the months of June, July, August, and September.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

·         Responsible for organizing functions in support of the student onboarding process: including arranging, follow up calls, maintaining activities & schedules,

·         Responsible for supporting the functions of the Office of Enrollment Management,

·         Responsible for admission support during the summer months,

  • Uphold the highest levels of professionalism and ethical conduct,
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer student inquiries regarding all departments under Student Success and Advancement,
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Dean of Enrollment Management.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Bilingual in Arabic and English,
  • Excellent customer service and customer communication skills,
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills,
  • Must be able to use computers and standard office software, including email and web applications,
  • Maintain professional appearance and manner,
  • Possess high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations,
  • Must be highly organized with excellent attention to details,
  • Ability to effectively establish priorities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
