Job Purpose:
To prepare plans for resources allocation, execution of projects and staff time utilization. To follow up on progress of project, and document and report on status.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. To prepare execution plans for the projects assigned with details of Time, Resources, role of different agencies and Money.
  2. To use technology & software platforms for preparing plans and creating sub modules of plans for handing over to diverse agencies of consultants, contractors, etc.
  3. To update the progress and present status reports as deemed necessary.
  4. To prepare assignments schedule for staff within PDM and have updates on progress of work by site and by subject.
  5. Ensuring all documentary evidences of site progress, time frames, notices are well recorded and data is substantiated as evidence for any claims, variations, disputes etc.
  6. Must be able to create critical check points for inspection, certifications, approvals from Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense like authorities.


Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Architecture or civil engineering, or management training & experience in project management
  • 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Good at interpreting the drawings into time, tasks and schedules
  • Quick grasp of peculiarities and an eye for details
  • Good at CAD/CAM and project management software
  • Presentation skills
