KEY COMPETENCIES
KNOWLEDGE:
Essential-
Age - Min (yrs) 23 Max(yrs) 35
Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate in Engineering/ Electronics
  • UAE Driving License a must
  • Experience in Channel Sales & Management.
  • Knowledge about the North & South Gulf channel
  • Experience in selling convergence product portfolio like IP Telephony / Voice products and applications, networking products is a must.

KRA's (Key Result Area's) ('output' not the activities/tasks)
1. Drive a UAE sales time in order to achieve GP and Revenue targets
2. Develop Marketing plan for UAE and follow-up its effective implementation
3. Build strong relations with resellers in the assigned territory 
4. Train, Support, Guide, Monitor Activities and measure results of sales team 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Mapping of the Territory and Networking resellers in the assigned territory
  • Regular customer visits, and maintain good PR with customers
  • Provide quarter over quarter growth for Cisco Business in the region/countries
  • Identify, recruit, enable and Develop new resellers in the region
  • Provide accurate weekly forecast on sales in and sales out for the region
  • Manage and Drive sales team and numbers in the region
  • Achieve and over achieve Revenue & profitability numbers for the year
