SALES COORDINATOR

Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Preparing statement of packing material supplied to the customer.
  • Coordinating with Stores for getting back the packing material from customers and details of the stock for preparing the documents to be dispatched on daily basis.
  • Follow up for realizing the payment and ensure that Statement of Accounts are sent to the customers regularly.
  • Co-ordinate between the Printing Department and color separation suppliers in preparing the art film and color separation (software & training required).
  • Making sure that all the messages are conveyed properly to Sales & Marketing Dept.
  • Preparing commercial invoice, proforma invoice and packing lists for Sales Department for Arabic / English documents.
  • Preparing weekly Dispatch for the finished goods in coordination with store Department.
  • Prepare Sales, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs documents for export orders.
  • Maintaining customer's complaint/Feedback or any queries after production.
  • Maintaining of filing system on regular basis.
  • Corresponding with customers both in English and Arabic.
  • Translation of documents from Arabic to English and vice versa for Sales Dept.
  • Preparing and issuing Sales Orders / Sample Request/ Price Approval Orders through ERP System.
  • Preparing Sales Report on monthly basis to be given to Marketing Manager.
  • Any other work instructed by the General Manager / Sales & Marketing Managers.
  • Applying for Dubai Municipality Food Certificate.
  • Maintaining the usage of E- Dirham 2.
  • Knowledge about ISO and HACCP


Skills required performing the job 

  • Graduate in any discipline, with experience
  • Sales & marketing techniques, persuasiveness, convincing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English required and should have experience in packaging and can industry.
