DIVISIONAL HEAD - AV SYSTEMS

VERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Day to day contact and update of the projects, responsible for client satisfaction. Overall audiovisual systmes revenue and profitability, while maximizing customer satisfaction from Post sales to completion of the projects. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key personnel to enhance the overall business relationship. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Establish and manage critical dates required for on time completion of projects
  • Conduct project planning meetings with clients and operations team to coordinate important project details.
  • Responsible for the divisional P&L/Budgets
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Build, manage and lead a team of A/V Professionals and sub-contractors remote and local
  • Provide technical support
  • Research and evaluate new A/V products and technologies that benefit Clients and our business strategies
  • Provide in-house support to other departments and interface with the development engineers.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and processes for A/V team.
  • Maintain AV support database and ensure techs update and accurately report support issues
  • Provide presales support when required
  • Review and approve all paperwork from your team including but not limited to, expense reports, travel reports, installation updates.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide reports to the clients and management team
  • Track project activities to ensure project is proceeding on schedule
  • Follow up to ensure client satisfaction

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Understanding of technical aspects of audiovisual systems design and installation.
  • Understanding of construction project management applied to audiovisual projects.
  • Proficient with AV or other electro - mechanical installation techniques.
  • Provide positive and effective interaction with internal and external customers.
  • Proficient with project management theory and practices.
  • Ability to think and work independently and meet necessary deadlines.
  • Maintain effectively large project teams of technical and administrative personnel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks / projects.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
