BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - ENTERPRISE SALES

Role and Responsibilities (Main Task):
The task is not limited to the following:

  • Work closely with the Business Head-Tech division in formulating the strategic and operational plans in the delegated areas of work.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales target given by the company & formulate the plans to achieve those targets monthly, quarterly & yearly.
  • Explore, identify and propose the various IT/ICT/AV/ELV solutions from company to the prospects in the assigned territory
  • Prepare the database in the assigned territory
  • Contact the prospect from database, get the appointments & meet the clients.
  • Estimate the customers need and goals
  • Conduct the demos of various solutions from company to the clients in the assigned territory
  • Develop and negotiate with the clients based on company strategies.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements
  • Coordinate with the other departments to make sure that the commitment made to the clients has met & responsible for the timely collection of the payment from the clients.
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in trade shows; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Establish & maintain a good relationship with the other departments in the organization through exchanging the ideas, co-operation & extending the support to create a value addition to the customers.


Systems & Procedures:

  • Responsible for sharing & updating the day to day activities to the business head & to the admin through MIS-Report system.
  • Keep a track record of the client list to use as a reference to the new customers.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 
Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Business Management is essential
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is an added advantage


Experience:

  • Minimum 5- 8 Years of experience in Sales with a relevant experience of 2-3 years in IT/ICT/CCTV/ELV/AV sales in UAE
  • Experience in achieving the IT/ICT projects in enterprises/ government sector is an added advantage


Other requirements:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Good knowledge about the various educational products & services
  • Good Knowledge about the educational institutions in Dubai, UAE & GCC
  • Valid UAE driving License with a car
  • Ability to learn new things & needs to be self-driven.
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Willing to work from anywhere in UAE
