Head of Client Support

We are an international FINTECH company named Finko. We are looking for the best professionals in order
to join our Jordan team to reach our challenging goals.
Currently, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a:
Head of Client Support


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee the creation and adoption of the support department;
  •  Hire customer support team;
  • Ensure all call center and branch functions are working properly (support, sales, application review);
  • Improving and optimizing inner processes;
  • Cooperation with other departments to ensure effective call center work;
  • Team management and support;
  • Improves processes and develops comprehensive procedures. Develops and implements new initiative to reach the goals․;
  • Oversees and directs the day-to-day performance of Customer Support and branch units;
  • Ensures high quality customer service and client oriented approach;
  • Ensures consistent staff development and assessment;
  • Manages the smooth and efficient workflow, prioritizes and delegates the work within the unit;
  • Oversees and provides customer service and due care via possible communication channels;
  • Ensures key results improvement;
  • Makes data driven decision.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 – 5 years experience in leading contact center position;
  • Good knowledge of contact center processes and main metrics;
  • Data driven person;
  • Must be hands one person, who is ready to take matters in his own hands and not only give tasks to his team;
  • Experience with omni-channel service.
